Mandatory skills and experience

• Strong C#/.NET experience with high-quality code and test coverage is required.
• Technical lead experience within a delivery team is required.
• Experience with test-driven development or Playwright is required.
• Experience with OAuth2/OIDC, authorization strategies, and security is required.
• Strong Entity Framework experience, including SQL and NoSQL schema migrations, is required.
• Experience building solutions on Azure is required.
• Unit and integration testing experience with mocking frameworks is required.
• Strong SOLID principles and clean code knowledge is required.
• CI/CD pipeline experience, ideally with Azure DevOps, is required.
• Comfort working in an Agile delivery environment is required.
