Lead Sales consultant

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 1.

Proven sales leadership REQUIRED! 2.

Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients 3.

Min 2-3 years of previous sales experience required 4.

Min 2-3 years of management experience required, including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management from hiring, training, supporting, discipline, and termination 5.

Previous management experience in the health & fitness industry strongly recommended 6.

Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor 7.

Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients 8.

Solid verbal and written communication skills required 9.

Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns 10.

Strong computer skills required with knowledge of MS office programs (Excel, Word) 11.

Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 3+ years of management experience preferred 12.

Ability to work and function in a TEAM environment 13.

Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed 14.

Health & Fitness minded people with a passion for fitness strongly preferred Compensation: $15.00 per hour
