Role overview
Lead the Revenue Management Centre of Excellence and report to the Head of Pricing and Revenue Management.
Shape strategy, policies, and capabilities for pricing, payment plans, and cancellation terms across the business.
The role is remote within the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Set cross-market Revenue Management strategy, commercial principles, policies, and decision guardrails.
- Identify structural opportunities to improve pricing power and long-term commercial performance.
- Lead strategic initiatives and experiments with commercial and Platform teams from concept to delivery.
- Identify AI use cases that improve team efficiency, capacity, and output quality.
- Shape roadmaps for Revenue Management and AI capabilities with Platform teams.
- Translate commercial needs into scalable systems and tools.
- Develop methods, playbooks, and operating rhythms for the Revenue Management function.
- Provide Revenue Management insight to business decisions and initiatives.
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or a comparable commercial role.
- Experience shaping direction across markets, products, or customer segments.
