The Presentation Specialist / Graphic Designer will be responsible for the creation and formatting of client-ready documents — including pitchbooks, proposals, financial statements, brochures, infographics, and complex presentation materials — in line with Sutherland brand standards, using the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage intake of presentation and graphic design requests; take full ownership of quality, turnaround, and overall client satisfaction.

Create, produce, edit, and annotate graphic designs and documents to specification, using a variety of advanced graphics applications.

Manage and prioritize multiple competing deadlines, working independently with minimal direction.

Uphold Sutherland’s brand integrity while meeting internal clients’ requirements for creative, professional, high-quality, and cost-effective graphic materials.

Create, edit, and refine materials across formats; build and maintain expertise in the Microsoft Office suite.

Incorporate feedback into ongoing improvements in output quality; develop capabilities for innovation and service excellence.

Build understanding of internal workflows and stakeholder requirements to sharpen document quality and strengthen the overall client service experience.

Understand quality and timeliness performance metrics, and apply a continuous-improvement mindset to maintain consistently high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

Develop working knowledge of CXO team needs and other vertical-specific requirements.

Understand Sutherland’s performance framework, including the core values against which all staff are assessed. Take genuine ownership of personal performance and actively seek to excel.
