Job Purpose
The Lead – Project Planning & Control is responsible for project management, planning, execution support, and closure for designated real estate and construction projects.
The role coordinates subcontractors and project authorities while monitoring project work, financials, reporting, timelines, and budgets.
Planning and Coordination
- Develop cluster-level logistics plans aligned with overall project logistics.
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, manpower, equipment, subcontracting, and overheads.
- Support tender finalization for civil, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and landscaping works.
Project Oversight
- Coordinate with subcontractors and authorities to ensure project readiness, resource availability, and operational progress.
- Monitor milestones, identify potential delays, and implement advance actions to avoid disruptions.
- Identify and monitor required work to maintain alignment with project specifications and goals.
Site Operations
- Supervise site activities, design and construction adherence, and quality control.
