About The Role
We are seeking an expert leader to drive the delivery of a mega project—a mixed-use development featuring hospitality, residential, retail, a museum, and a mosque.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership:
- Direct multi-disciplinary teams and manage sub-consultants across all project clusters.
• Delivery & Scheduling
- Ensure critical milestones, deliverables, and client presentations are met on time and within budget.
- Technical Oversight:
- Lead technical reviews for complex components (intricate basement networks, site-wide circulation, MEP integration).
• Compliance & Quality
Oversee peer reviews, ensuring adherence to local codes, international standards, and client GFA constraints.
