Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Plans and Integrated Master Schedules (IMP/IMS) using program requirements, including SOW, WBS, and related planning inputs.
Perform schedule analysis including critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, network logic validation, baseline maintenance, and schedule health metric assessment such as BEI, CPLI, and SPI.

Coordinate subcontractor and supplier schedule integration, including assessment of impacts to program milestones and dependencies.
Apply project management and scheduling tools and techniques, including Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, and earned value methods, to measure progress and identify areas requiring management attention.
Ensure schedules comply with internal procedures, project controls requirements, and applicable customer or industry standards.
Drive improvements to scheduling processes, tools, metrics, and standards to enhance schedule quality, transparency, and program performance.
Serve as a subject matter expert in planning and scheduling, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across programs and functional teams.
Participate in program reviews, schedule status meetings, and leadership briefings, and communicate issues, impacts, and recommendations clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
Support planning excellence, schedule training, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
