• This position is for a Software Engineering Associate with responsibilities that include supporting the development, enhancement, integration, and sustainment of enterprise applications and data-driven solutions supporting business and operational processes. The selected candidate will work as part of a collaborative software and business intelligence team responsible for applications within the HangarVision environment. These solutions support operational visibility, workflow automation, reporting, data integration, and informed decision-making across multiple business functions. The role participates throughout the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support. This is an entry-level software engineering position. Previous experience with the team's specific technology stack is not required. Candidates should demonstrate a strong foundation in software development concepts, analytical thinking, problem solving, and the ability and willingness to learn new technologies, business processes, and development tools.
