Position Summary
The Lead Program Manager operates and matures McKesson's Responsible AI Board governance program within Oncology and Technology Strategy.
The role translates Responsible AI policy, charter requirements, and business priorities into an executable program operating model.
The position is accountable for program outcomes and leads complex work through influence without direct authority.
Program Leadership
- Maintain a roadmap translating governance objectives into plans, milestones, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead the complete AI use-case governance lifecycle from intake through monitoring.
- Align priorities with sponsors and senior stakeholders and resolve escalated issues.
Governance and Risk
- Maintain governance structures, decision rights, escalation paths, service-level objectives, and delivery standards.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, resource constraints, mitigation plans, and escalations.
- Ensure approvals, controls, notifications, and risk records are complete, accurate, timely, and audit-ready.
