Take Your Career Further - As a Team Lead – Senior Cost Controller , you will strengthen project controls practices and ensure robust cost monitoring and performance management.
You will oversee cost control across multiple mandates while leading a team of professionals, directly contributing to impactful projects for our clients and the communities we serve.
As A Cost Controller
- Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure the financial health of projects
- Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions to optimize performance
- Apply Earned Value Management EVM principles to support decision-making
- Ensure rigorous tracking of project performance in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage changes and their financial impacts throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with processes, policies and contractual requirements
As A Team Lead
- Lead, engage and develop a cost control team
- Allocate resources across projects
- Ensure the quality of deliverables
