- Familiarity with KPIs and performance analysis in maintenance operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience or understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling, and coordination within a supply chain or manufacturing environment
- Leadership skills to act as a liaison between teams and stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Your Future Role

- You'll play a key role in ensuring maintenance targets and contractual obligations are achieved, contributing to the success of critical Riyadh metro L4, L5, and L6 maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring maintenance targets and contractual obligations are met to achieve project KPIs.
- Reviewing and validating completed work in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive weekly schedule of work orders.
