Responsibilities
- Ensure coordination and execution of system engineering studies for the migration phase
- Lead On Shore and Off Shore engineering teams to achieve project objectives
- Act as primary interface on site with Client, partners, sub systems, and third parties regarding transport system migration
- Define and manage technical requirements for the migration phase
- Support risk analysis and mitigation strategies related to system migration
- Drive alignment between project stakeholders to ensure smooth system integration
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards throughout the migration
- Monitor project progress to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Facilitate communication between cross functional teams to address technical challenges
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- Experience or understanding of system migration processes in transportation or similar industries
- Knowledge of systems engineering methodologies and standards
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Resilience in managing complex projects and tight deadlines
- Familiarity with project coordination in multi disciplinary and international teams
- Problem solving and critical thinking abilities
- Leadership skills to guide teams across different locations
- Adaptability to work both on site and with remote teams

Job Overview
- Could you be the full time onsite System Migration Manager in Riyadh, SA we’re looking for?
- Take on a new challenge and apply your system engineering expertise in a new cutting edge field. You'll play a pivotal role in coordinating the system engineering studies for the project and leading the efforts carried out by both On Shore and Off Shore teams during the migration phase.
Your Future Role
