Role overview
Lead strategy and execution across multiple products or major initiatives in the public safety portfolio.
Lead modernization across either Computer-Aided Dispatch or Records Management System platforms.
Improve usability, compliance, integration, operational efficiency, and measurable customer and business impact.
Product strategy and roadmaps
- Define a multi-year vision across products or product lines and align it with company objectives and market needs.
- Drive portfolio innovation, investment decisions, pricing, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning.
- Create cohesive roadmaps across teams or domains using market intelligence, financial insights, data, and customer feedback.
- Partner with Engineering and stakeholders to deliver complex releases while balancing priorities, resources, customer value, and business impact.
