The Role
The Lead Product Manager provides leadership across multiple products or major initiatives within Versaterm's public safety portfolio.
The role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on execution, portfolio-level planning, and mentoring across the product organization.
The position may lead modernization of Computer-Aided Dispatch or Records Management System portfolios, improving usability, compliance, integration, and business impact.
Product Strategy and Roadmaps
- Define and communicate a multi-year strategic vision across multiple products or product lines.
- Drive portfolio-level innovation, modernization, customer value, and enterprise product direction.
- Influence priorities and investment decisions while securing alignment and resources for high-impact initiatives.
