Role overview
The role sits in Mastercard’s Business and Markets Insights organization within the Payment Performance Intelligence program.
The Global Product Management team is evolving Payment Performance Intelligence products with AI intelligence.
The position supports AI product strategy, roadmap management, platform architecture, and technical requirements.
The role partners with product managers, data scientists, and platform teams on Gen AI chatbot use cases and agentic services.
Key responsibilities
- Own the strategy and roadmap for AI and agentic capabilities across Payment Performance Intelligence.
- Translate customer needs into products and solutions that drive customer value.
- Balance long-term product direction with technical, competitive, and commercial constraints.
- Partner with engineering, data science, AI, and platform teams on architecture quality, safety, evaluation, and observability.
- Own PRDs, backlog prioritization, story writing, dependencies, and release planning.
- Lead user research, discovery, and experimentation to validate use cases, accuracy, trust, and business impact.
- Support go-to-market and customer enablement through demos, query resolution, documentation, and training.
