The Payment Reconciliation Intelligence program is seeking a technology-focused product manager to evolve its products with AI intelligence.
The role works with product managers, data scientists, and platform teams on generative AI use cases, agentic services, product architecture, and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and roadmap for generative AI and agentic capabilities across Payment Reconciliation Intelligence.
- Translate customer needs into products and solutions that create significant value.
- Balance long-term product direction with technical, competitive, and commercial constraints.
- Partner with engineering, data science, AI, and platform teams on architecture quality, safety, evaluation, and observability.
- Own product requirements documents, backlog prioritization, story writing, dependencies, and release planning.
- Lead user research, discovery, and experimentation to validate use cases, accuracy, trust, and business impact.
- Support go-to-market and customer enablement through demos, query resolution, documentation, and training.
- Mentor junior product managers and build alignment across global stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in product management and end-to-end product delivery.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product requirements.
- Experience collaborating across functions to deliver products and features.
- Experience designing, executing, and interpreting user research.
- Excellent execution, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Generative AI and agentic use case experience is preferred.
- Payments industry experience is a plus.
