The Role
The Lead Product Manager provides strategic and hands-on leadership across multiple products or major initiatives in the public safety portfolio.
The role partners with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success to align product outcomes with organizational goals.
The role leads modernization across a Computer-Aided Dispatch or Records Management System portfolio.
Product Strategy and Roadmaps
- Define a multi-year strategic vision across multiple products or product lines.
- Drive portfolio innovation, modernization, customer value, investment decisions, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market planning.
- Translate organizational strategy into roadmaps spanning multiple teams or domains.
- Use market analysis, financial insights, and customer feedback to guide prioritization.
