Role Overview
Valtech is hiring a Lead Product Manager to lead complex, ambiguous digital product and service initiatives.
The role combines product leadership, client consulting, commercial contribution, practice development, and AI-enabled product management.
The position is permanent, based in the UK, and offers hybrid working.
Product Leadership
- Lead complex Agile projects and programmes across multiple teams and disciplines.
- Define product and service strategy, clarify priorities, validate hypotheses, and align measures of success.
- Ensure products meet business objectives, deliver user value, and have commercially viable business cases.
- Work across the full product lifecycle from hypothesis and execution through growth and optimization.
Collaboration and Delivery
- Partner with designers, engineers, strategists, delivery leads, and senior client stakeholders.
- Guide Product Managers and wider delivery teams in building innovative, high-quality products.
- Lead products from initial ideas through successful implementation for clients and users.
