Role overview
Lead complex, ambiguous digital product and service programmes across multiple teams and disciplines.
Work at the intersection of technology, creativity, and data to create user and commercial value.
Partner with in-house developers, designers, testing engineers, strategists, and delivery leads.
Core responsibilities
- Define product and service strategy, priorities, success measures, and validated hypotheses with clients and delivery teams.
- Ensure products meet business objectives, deliver user value, and have commercially viable business cases.
- Guide Product Managers and wider delivery teams through the product lifecycle from idea to implementation.
- Lead pitching, proposals, business development, practice strategy, and capability improvement.
- Coach colleagues and champion AI-enabled product management practices.
- Help design and deploy AI-powered products and capabilities for clients and users.
Essential qualifications
- Track record of planning and delivering successful end-to-end products and services with demonstrable results.
- Experience influencing senior and C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience using AI tools in day-to-day product management practice.
