Lead Product Manager

This is a role with unusual scope for its level. Rather than owning a slice of someone else's platform, you'll own the Profile Platform — the commercial core of Chambers and the primary way our customers turn hard-won recognition into won work. The decisions you make are felt directly by ranked firms and lawyers across the global legal market, and directly in the commercial performance of the business. If you're a senior product person who's tired of narrow remits, slow decision-making, and being one of hundreds, this is the opposite of that:

Discovery and delivery. You'll get to do the whole craft well: framing the right problems, testing and killing ideas, and shipping high-quality product that moves the numbers. Both halves matter here.

Genuinely interesting problems. A two-sided legal-market platform, the shift toward AI-driven discovery and intelligence, and the challenge of turning third-party recognition into measurable customer value — the problem space is rich and largely uncharted.

Visible impact. In an organisation of our size, good work is seen. You'll have direct access to senior leadership and a clear line between what you build and the results it drives.
