Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and maintain a prioritized customer-value roadmap.
• Engage end users to understand objectives, workflows, and pain points.
• Lead product execution from ideation and design through launch and continuous improvement.
• Drive innovation and automation in dealership financial management processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, adjacent product, go-to-market, marketing, and analytics teams.
• Document product requirements and expected outcomes for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Build product knowledge through internal resources and hands-on use.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research.
• Define and track critical product metrics.
• Own the roadmap and prioritize high-value initiatives.
• Work with Controllers, Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Compliance on financial workflows.
• Manage timelines, stakeholder expectations, deliverables, product quality, impact, and scalability.

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years as a product manager working with engineering and design teams.
• The current posting also specifies at least 5 years of product management experience focused on financial systems, fintech, or accounting products.
• Track record of launching scalable, user-facing B2B SaaS products.
• Experience with ERP financial management applications, including ledgers, payables, receivables, reporting, and controls.
• Experience with settlement, clearing, reconciliation, refunds, and financial ledger management.
• Ability to work with offshore and remote teams.
• Strong finance, compliance, regulatory, analytical, problem-solving, communication, storytelling, and customer-empathy capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of dealership accounting and operations.
• Experience working across geographies and time zones.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent certification.
• Track record of launching AI-driven enterprise SaaS solutions at scale.
