The opportunity
The role is for an experienced banking professional who combines deep domain expertise with strong consulting capabilities.
The consultant will help global banks transform products, pricing, billing, rates, fees, and customer relationships using the Zafin SaaS platform.
The role involves translating complex business challenges into scalable platform solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client discovery workshops and consulting engagements.
- Analyze business processes, identify opportunities, and recommend scalable solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs using the Zafin SaaS platform.
- Configure banking products, pricing, rates, fees, and business rules.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams on implementations.
- Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, production readiness, and client adoption.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic banking advisor.
What Zafin is looking for
- Strong experience in retail, corporate, or commercial banking.
- A proven track record in banking consulting or transformation initiatives.
- Experience with banking product and pricing, rates, fees, billing, deposits, payments, or core banking transformation is desirable.
- Experience with business process transformation, functional consulting, and stakeholder management is desirable.
- Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders, facilitating workshops, solving complex business challenges, and translating business needs into technology solutions.
