Opportunity Overview
The technical lead provides solutions to technical issues, meets development schedules, and ensures delivered solutions satisfy technical specifications and design requirements.
The role combines software engineering, delivery, and customer advocacy in enterprise banking environments.
Solution Delivery
- Design, build, and implement enterprise-grade software solutions aligned with customer and platform requirements.
- Develop testable code across application and integration layers using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, and PostgreSQL.
- Lead technical tasks from requirements gathering through deployment.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and support post-implementation reliability.
Customer Partnership
- Act as a technical advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Translate business objectives into technical designs and configuration approaches.
- Conduct technical workshops, design reviews, and demonstrations.
- Support the transition from implementation to production.
