Compensation

• The stated pay is AED 4,500 to AED 5,500 per month.

Role Overview

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in a related field.
• Ability to handle a team of more than three members.
• Two to three years of procurement experience, preferably in logistics, heavy equipment, or oil and gas.
• Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing processes.
• Familiarity with spare parts, equipment, and fleet-related procurement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office or procurement and ERP software.

Procurement and Sourcing

• Manage end-to-end procurement of heavy equipment, spare parts, tools, and consumables.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable local and international suppliers and vendors.
• Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery.

Vendor Management

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new vendors.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery reliability.
• Resolve disputes related to pricing, quality, or delayed shipments.
• Maintain an updated vendor database and approved supplier list.

Fleet, Inventory, and Cost Control

• Coordinate procurement of vehicle and heavy-equipment spare parts and consumables to minimize fleet downtime.
• Work with workshop and maintenance teams to forecast parts requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder points and ensure critical spare-part availability.
• Analyze market trends, identify cost savings, prepare budgets, and track spending.

Documentation and Coordination

• Maintain procurement records, contracts, and purchase history and comply with company and ADNOC vendor requirements.
• Prepare regular procurement reports for management review.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and logistics teams on project timelines, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
