The Position
Roche’s Pharma Technical Operations strategy organization defines the future-state technical network strategy and supports enterprise programs across development, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial functions.
The Strategic Processes Team supports enterprise business processes, global governance, operational change initiatives, and early-career talent development.
The Lead, Strategic Process and Change Management role drives transformational change across Pharma Technical Operations in a flexible hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery and embedding of transformational change initiatives across a 15,000-employee global organization.
- Assess strategic-shift impacts and engage stakeholders across development, manufacturing, and supply chain to understand upstream and downstream implications.
- Integrate advanced AI solutions into change-process steps to accelerate adoption and support new systemic workflows.
- Act as a subject matter expert for end-to-end project implementation and guide a diverse team of project professionals.
- Gather complex business requirements, facilitate solution-design discussions, and ensure processes meet enterprise needs and mitigate operational risks.
- Manage multiple strategic initiatives and ensure critical network projects are delivered on time.
