Technology Ownership for certain silicon foundry technologies yield and quality ownership assessing process changes, owner of PCRB process communication with DIV and QM communication with the silicon foundries support excursion management

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

MA/BA/PhD in Physics, EE or similar experienced in handling products manufactured in silicon foundries experienced in managing silicon foundries deep knowledge in process integration in CMOS (40nm, 28nm and below) and NVM technologies communication skills needed English and Chinese in writing and speaking

Additional information

The candidate must be eligible to meet the requirements of export control regulations, including the Canadian Controlled Goods Program and Canadian government security requirements; and/or (as necessary):

• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
• Must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods
• Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data
