Purpose and Scope
Plan, coordinate, and prepare maintenance, inspection, repair, and modification activities for BHIG assets.
Develop and implement turnaround plans that maintain equipment integrity and plant reliability at sustainable cost.
Coordinate turnarounds for SATORP, SASREF, and JIGH, including projects ranging from plant improvements to major turnarounds.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate turnaround and brownfield project development, planning, execution, and handover.
- Work with cross-functional teams on scope development, technical bid evaluation, execution, and final handover.
- Develop strategic execution plans with the Project Controls Manager and align delivery with stakeholder expectations.
- Monitor progress, budgets, schedules, critical paths, and project metrics using project management tools.
- Negotiate contracts, resolve disputes, conduct project evaluations, and capture lessons learned.
Safety and Quality
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, statutory regulations, safe work practices, and environmental requirements.
- Review safety plans, incorporate risk assessments and mitigation plans, and participate in HAZOP, SIMOPS, and safety reviews.
