- Prepare Contract Baseline Schedule and/or Revised Schedules in co ordination with the Project Team
- Assist the Lead Planner at project start in the preparation of all reports and/or register
- Review the project schedule updates done by the planner and liaise & coordinate with different project teams
- Highlight to the Project’s Management any deviation and/or delays from the approved plan
- Participate in coordination with the project controls manager in the preparation of claims & extension of time
- Liaise and assist the project controls manager in preparing weekly & monthly reports, budget preparation
- Participate in periodic site meetings to elaborate the project’s schedule and the progress status

Responsibilities
- Prepare Contract Baseline Schedule and/or Revised Schedules in co ordination with the Project Team for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre Commissioning and Commissioning phases of the EPC Project.
- Assist the Lead Planner at project start in the preparation of all reports and/or register to assure the implementation of the following procedures: Control of Planning & Scheduling, Progress Measurement, Reporting.
- Review the project schedule updates done by the planner and liaise & coordinate with the different project teams in order to maintain proper progress recording and/or monitoring of the project schedule.
- In coordination/consultation with the Project Controls Manager, highlights to the Project’s Management any deviation and/or delays from the approved plan.
- Participate in coordination with the project controls manager in the preparation of claims & extension of time using the appropriate delay analysis method.
- Liaise and assist the project controls manager in preparing weekly & monthly reports, budget preparation and maintain proper project planning records.
- Participate in periodic site meetings to elaborate the project’s schedule and the progress status. In addition, to record any suggested changes and/or deviations from the plan and to advise of its effect on the overall schedule.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
