Crestron Electronics is seeking a forward-thinking, dynamic Lead Packaging Engineer to develop innovative and sustainable shipping packaging solutions for our diverse product portfolio.

This role is instrumental in supporting new product launches, meeting cost and performance targets, and advancing our sustainability initiatives.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design packaging that meets rigorous testing standards while aligning with Crestron’s environmental goals.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of packaging at Crestron through strategic planning, hands-on engineering, and market research.

• Design and develop cost-effective, high-performance packaging solutions for a wide range of electronic products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and packaging strategies.
• Lead packaging sustainability strategy development and execution by researching emerging materials and technologies, developing strategic roadmaps, iden tify and develop strategic packaging vendors, and contributing to the company’s annual sustainability report.
