Senior Opto-Mechanical Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree - Mechanical Engineering - Required
• Masters Degree - Mechanical Science Degree - Preferred
• 6-8 years experience opto-mechanical design in relevant industries (e.g., imaging systems, AV hardware, photonics, medical devices, aerospace)
• 5-7 years experience Optical system fundamentals (lenses, sensors, illumination)
• 5-7 years experience Precision tolerancing and alignment techniques
• 5-7 year experience Materials and thermal effects in optical systems
• Ability to be onsite at Crestron Volvo drive campus 3 days per week in Rockleigh NJ (hybrid work arrangement)
