Lead Mobile Full Stack Developer

Role Details

• The role is based in Doha, Qatar and is performed on-site.
• This is a full-time position reporting to the Product Manager.

About the Role

Development and Infrastructure

• Build cross-platform mobile applications with React Native and web applications with React.
• Design and maintain Node.js backend services and APIs.
• Manage PostgreSQL databases and relational data systems.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and maintain AWS infrastructure and servers.
• Debug and optimize application performance across iOS and Android.

Leadership and Collaboration

• Lead and mentor developers while setting technical direction and coding standards.
• Work with product managers and designers on scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture decisions, and sprint planning.

Technical Requirements

• React, React Native, Node.js, SQL, PostgreSQL, AWS, CI/CD, and GitHub experience are required.
• Experience with Redux or an equivalent state management library is required.
• Mobile deployment, debugging, optimization, and app store submission experience are required.
• UI/UX collaboration and strong problem-solving and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of full-stack or mobile development experience is required.
• At least 1–2 years of lead or senior experience is required.

Preferred Experience

• TypeScript experience is a plus.
• Docker and infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or CloudFormation is a plus.
• Mobile CI/CD tools such as Fastlane or App Center are a plus.
• Agile or Scrum development experience is a plus.

Compensation

• Pay starts at QAR 7,000 per month.
