Role overview
Lead the consultant's on-site MEP supervision for large-scale buildings, mixed-use developments, and theme park projects.
Ensure MEP works meet contract requirements, approved designs, quality standards, schedules, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV, and specialist MEP systems.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, design changes, contractor claims, variation orders, and progress reports.
- Lead inspections, testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing, handover, and payment certification recommendations.
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, ride suppliers, themed entertainment contractors, clients, consultants, and project leadership.
- Implement QA/QC and HSE requirements and support resolution of technical project challenges.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, building services engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 15 years of MEP engineering and construction supervision experience.
- At least 5 years in a Lead MEP Engineer role on major building developments.
