Job Description Summary
The role provides functional management for active customer project management associations and influences approaches, projects, programs, quality, and efficiency.
The position has moderate autonomy and requires a high level of operational judgment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage master planning, materials processes and systems, production schedules, and purchasing needs.
- Provide specialized knowledge and serve as a best-practice and quality resource.
- Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within the assigned area.
- Align operations with production plans and KPIs and optimize inventory.
- Drive process improvements and apply technical expertise in Gas Turbine and Accessory Modules Assembly.
- Use judgment and analytical thinking to solve problems and propose solutions.
- Coordinate with other teams and provide informal guidance to new team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- At least 3 years of manufacturing and materials planning and execution experience at a leadership level.
- Proficiency with planning and project management software tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for complex and large-data analysis.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
- Legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction.
Desired Characteristics
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of raw inventory, WIP, or DIO measures.
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP.
- Advanced ability to read and interpret manufacturing bills of materials.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
