BS in an Engineering discipline; Mechanical and/or Industrial Engineering preferred
5+ years of related experience in a machining environment
Prior experience in Aerospace preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma; Six Sigma Greenbelt or Black Belt desired.
Must have the ability to reason and arrive at conclusions with minimum help and have basic understanding of statistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, CAD software a plus.
Must be able to demonstrate, teamwork, collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively prepare and deliver technical reports and presentations.
Solid Works and AutoCAD computer software experience will be a plus
