What You’ll Do
As a Line Cook , you’ll play a crucial role in the kitchen, ensuring every dish meets our high standards. From prep to plating, you’ll be responsible for executing our menu with consistency, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and working efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Station Readiness: Handle, store, and rotate food properly to ensure freshness and safety.
- Consistent Execution: Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and plating specifications set by Home Team.
- Clean & Organized Workstation: Maintain a sanitary and efficient workspace throughout prep and service.
- Backup & Prep Duties: AM Backup: Set up the steam table with proper water levels, heat food to correct temperatures, and ensure everything is ready for service. PM Backup: Maintain par levels by keeping the steam table stocked, heated, and service-ready. AM/PM Prep: Follow prep lists from the Executive Chef or Sous Chef, ensuring all ingredients are properly prepared and stored. AM/PM Line Cook: Cook and assemble menu items from the station, ensuring quality and consistency.
