Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- 10 years of experience in service-oriented solution delivery Previous success in senior technical roles for engineering and architecture teams Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, Azure Experience with DevOps tools and technologies Experience in systems design, implementation, and engineering leadership for SaaS products and services API design and implementation experience Familiarity with NoSQL data stores (key-value, column-oriented, & graph DBs) and messaging systems Successful delivery of high-availability, low latency architectures Ability to communicate effectively with others, proactively recommend solutions, and solve complex problems Expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks Demonstrated experience in delivering technology solutions in multidivisional, multinational organizations BS and/or MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Ability to assimilate key issues and concepts and come up to speed quickly
Required Knowledge And Experiences
Experience working in a matrixed structure with dynamic teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Product Marketing, Operations, Technology/Engineering, and senior executives) Demonstrated ability and self-motivation to excel within an environment of rapid change, growth and a drive for continuous improvement Outstanding team player with a customer/consumer experience mindset who can interact effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues and clients Ability to manage multiple projects and various deadlines simultaneously
