- Raytheon’s System Integration and Test Capabilities (SI&TC) directorate is seeking a Strategic Extended Threat Shield (SETS) program Training Lead to lead training and multimedia development, training conduct, resource management, and planning and execution of sustainment strategies for the SETS program. This role will provide support and tasking guidance to a team of Instructional Designers (ISDs), instructors, and engineers to continuously develop pioneering, industry leading training content for program execution. You’ll work closely with SETS Training & TM Sub-IPT, Program Management, Finance, Engineering, Field Services, and Operations. Responsibilities will include leading the training requirements, performing administrative duties as needed, as well as conducting end-user training for the SETS customer.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with engineering teams to create high-quality training materials that meet user needs and customer standards ensuring content is comprehensive, engaging, effective, and delivered on time.
- Apply SME knowledge and expertise to the development, review, and delivery of training.
