Primary Responsibilities and Dutie

• s:
• 1. Maintain open communication with Program Director.
• 2. Provide classroom, lab and/or clinical instruction based on school and program policies.
• 3. Work collaboratively with Director of Education in development of course schedule, syllabi, lesson plans, and instructional material for each assigned course.
• 4. Demonstrate exceptional practice skills with ability to deliver course content related to course objectives.
• 5. Create an environment conducive to student learning in the classroom and laboratory utilizing a variety of instructional modalities.
• 6. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe teaching environment obeying safety regulations where applicable.
• 7. Maintain professionalism and classroom management with a diverse student population.
• 8. Demonstrate accessibility in dealing with students’ needs individually and as a group that fosters student retention.
• 9. Plan and conduct CHT certification workshops.
