Lead Installer Foreman

This position requires regular travel to project sites throughout California, Washington, Utah, Texas, and other project locations as needed .

Travel may include:

• Driving to regional job sites
• Air travel for longer-distance projects
• Occasional overnight stays based on project schedules and location
• Extended assignments away from home when required

Travel plans are communicated in advance whenever possible, and eligible travel assignments include per diem support .

This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, noisy, and physically demanding construction environment .

Candidates must be comfortable performing tasks that include:

• Bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling
• Repetitive physical movements throughout the workday
• Working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Lifting, carrying, and moving materials weighing 55+ pounds
