We are seeking an experienced Lead Information Developer to lead documentation strategy and delivery for a portfolio of cybersecurity products.

This role combines technical writing leadership, content strategy, and AI-enabled documentation innovation.

The ideal candidate is a strong technical communicator who can create and structure content for human users and AI-powered consumers , including copilots, chatbots, search assistants, and agentic experiences.

The role requires driving documentation excellence through Generative AI, content analytics, automation, and team mentorship.

• Lead documentation strategy, planning, and execution across multiple product areas to improve consistency and delivery.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, UX, Support, and other stakeholders to align documentation with product and business goals.
• Drive documentation standards, governance, content architecture, and reusable content strategies.
• Mentor and coach Information Developers, providing technical guidance, reviews, and best practices to strengthen team performance.
• Champion adoption of Generative AI, automation, and modern documentation technologies to enhance content quality, productivity, and impact.
• Create and optimize content for both human consumption and AI-driven experiences, applying SEO, GEO, and AEO best practices to improve discoverability and use.
• Define documentation KPIs and establish dashboards to measure content effectiveness, discoverability, engagement, operational efficiency, and business impact.
• Use analytics, customer feedback, and support insights to drive continuous improvement and data-driven content decisions that better serve users.
