Role Overview
Burney Real Estate is seeking a Lead Generation and IT Specialist to support marketing and technical operations in Dubai.
The role combines lead generation, digital campaign management, website and CRM administration, and technical support.
Compensation
- The starting salary is AED 2,500 per month, with additional performance-based incentives.
Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads and manage lead-generation campaigns for the sales team.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns, including Meta, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns.
- Research potential clients and investors, organize lead databases, and improve lead quality.
- Work with sales colleagues to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain the company website, digital platforms, email accounts, and email services.
- Support CRM implementation and troubleshoot website, domain, hosting, and email issues.
- Recommend solutions to improve digital infrastructure and keep platforms operational and current.
Requirements
- Previous experience in lead generation, digital marketing, IT support, or a similar role.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, website management, and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with email configuration, server management, domains, and web hosting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Dubai real estate market is preferred.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, automation tools, and analytics platforms is preferred.
- Previous experience managing business websites and digital platforms is preferred.
