Role Overview
Burney Real Estate is seeking a Lead Generation and IT Specialist to strengthen marketing and technical operations in Dubai.
The role combines lead generation and digital campaign management with support for websites, CRM systems, domains, hosting, and email services.
Employment and Compensation
- The position is full-time.
- Starting salary is AED 2,500 per month, with additional performance-based incentives.
Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads and manage lead-generation campaigns.
- Manage advertising campaigns across digital platforms, including Meta, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Research potential clients and investors, organize lead databases, and improve lead quality.
- Work with sales to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain the company website and digital platforms.
- Configure company email accounts and support CRM implementation and management.
- Troubleshoot websites, domains, hosting, and email systems.
- Recommend improvements to the company’s digital infrastructure.
