Lead Full Stack Engineer - Java, AWS + AI

The Java Engineering Lead provides technology direction, ensures project implementation compliance, and utilizes technology research to innovate, integrate, and manage technology solutions. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise in Java , AWS cloud technologies , and emerging AI-enabled solutions . The successful candidate will serve as a technical leader within an existing delivery team, partnering directly with client stakeholders, architects, product owners, and engineering teams to define solution strategies and drive successful outcomes. This role requires a balance of architecture, hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and client engagement. This role is considered part of the Business Unit Leadership team and may mentor Junior team members.
