The position combines Java and Spring Boot engineering with Angular frontend work.

Responsibilities
- Act as Squad Lead and drive delivery while maintaining high engineering standards.
- Design and implement backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain Angular frontend functionality.
- Lead migration toward domain-driven structures and strong bounded contexts.
- Architect RESTful APIs using clean, scalable patterns and standard HTTP verbs.
- Mentor junior developers and support their growth through agile engineering practices.
- Advocate for best practices and architectural integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Proven Tech Lead or Squad Lead experience with team motivation and junior developer mentoring.
- At least 6 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
- Hands-on Kafka experience.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design, software design patterns, and architectural patterns.
- Practical experience with domain bounded contexts.
- Deep experience building and consuming RESTful services.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or Oracle and JPA/Hibernate.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
Preferred Qualifications
- Spec-driven or AI-driven software development experience is advantageous.
- Loyalty or fintech sector experience is advantageous.
- AWS or Azure, Docker, CI/CD, and legacy modernization experience are advantageous.
