Lead Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Lead Foreman to lead projects in the field.

This is a hands-on field leadership position responsible for managing crews, coordinating projects, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring high-quality work.

Most projects are within a 100-mile radius , and employees are home most nights .

• Plan, schedule, and oversee multiple projects and crews
• Lead daily jobsite meetings and communicate schedules with crews
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with quality workmanship
• Train and mentor crew members
• Approve timesheets and complete required paperwork
• Manage tools, equipment, and jobsite operations
• Assist with hiring, employee reviews, and crew assignments

• Construction leadership experience preferred
• Grain equipment installation experience preferred
• Welding/fabrication experience is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and project specifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Regular climbing, lifting, standing, and working at heights
• Willingness to work outdoors and occasionally long hours

• Strong leadership and work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to teach others
• Safety-focused and detail-oriented
• Someone willing to work alongside the crew in the field
