Fabricator / Structural Welder

Required -Ability to work safely in a fabrication/shop environment -Dependable attendance and strong work ethic -Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team -Willingness to learn new skills and take direction -Ability to perform physically demanding work in a shop environment

Preferred -Previous welding experience -Experience with MIG or Dual Shield welding -Manufacturing, fabrication, or construction experience -Experience using plasma cutters, grinders, saws, or other fabrication equipment -Ability to read basic shop drawings -Experience with measuring, layout, and material preparation
