Overview
Supervise and monitor architectural finishing works for a prestigious large-scale development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Deliver high-quality finishes across convention centers, hospitality facilities, mixed-use developments, and landmark buildings.
Supervision and Inspection
- Inspect finishes for compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, design intent, samples, mock-ups, and quality standards.
- Monitor wall finishes, ceilings, flooring, cladding, joinery, millwork, decorative elements, waterproofing, and facade-related finishes.
- Conduct site inspections and verify workmanship quality.
Technical Coordination
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, interior design, and specialist contractor teams.
- Support RFIs, technical queries, site instructions, and design coordination reviews.
Quality and Progress Control
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and monitor contractor workmanship and progress.
- Identify deficiencies, issue site observations and non-conformance reports, and recommend corrective actions.
