Role Overview

Overview
Supervise and monitor architectural finishing works for a major development project in Riyadh, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, design intent, and schedules.
Work with the Resident Engineer, Construction Manager, architects, interior designers, contractors, and specialist suppliers across convention centers, hospitality facilities, mixed-use developments, and landmark buildings.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and inspect architectural finishes, including walls, ceilings, flooring, cladding, joinery, millwork, decorative elements, waterproofing, and façade-related finishes.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, technical submissions, mock-ups, samples, and site installations.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor contractor progress, resolve RFIs and technical queries, and support design coordination.
- Witness testing, identify deficiencies, issue site observations and non-conformance reports, and monitor corrective actions.
- Participate in meetings, verify completed works for payment certification, conduct snagging, and support commissioning and handover.
- Maintain inspection and approval records and ensure health, safety, environmental, and QA/QC requirements are followed.
