Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team.
Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and support smooth executive operations.
Serve as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Business Leader’s diary, meeting invitations, and rolling 12-month planning system.
- Plan travel and support customer and VIP visits, including visas, hotels, pickups, and gate passes.
- Arrange meetings, conferences, company events, and international trade shows.
- Handle correspondence and assist with reports, mailshots, and internal communications.
- Produce PowerPoint presentations for key meetings and events.
- Manage office supplies, purchase orders, stock levels, expenses, and invoices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Administrative assistant experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, identify key details, and meet conflicting deadlines.
- Professional communication, strong organization, dependability, and trustworthiness.
- Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft and web-based programs.
