A leading FMCG organization in Riyadh is seeking a Lead for Enterprise AI & Industry Strategy to define and drive the AI and automation roadmap. The role involves identifying high-value AI use cases, designing and deploying solutions like predictive analytics and IoT, and scaling successful initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the enterprise AI and automation road map aligned with business priorities
- Identify and prioritise high value AI and digital use cases across operations and support functions
- Design and deploy practical solutions (e.g., predictive analytic, automation, IOT enabled systems)
- Build and test MVP's and pilots, then scale successful initiatives across the organisation
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders (technology providers, startups, academia)
- Act as a bridge between technical solutions and business needs, ensuring adoption and execution
Requirements
- Strong expertise in artificial intelligence and its applications in the FM CG industry
- Experience in AI, automation, digital transformation, or Industry 4.0
- Proven experience in developing and implementing AI strategies within a business context
- Strong hands on experience with AI/ML, data analytic, and Python based development
- Proficiency in managing cross functional teams and fostering collaboration
- Strong understanding of data architecture, IOT systems, and enterprise platforms
- Ability to stay updated on the latest developments in AI and industry trends
